The Sefton Hotel is a relaxing, calm, rather beautiful hotel being a sympathetic mixture of a fine, restored Victorian hotel and a new extension all set round the hotel’s unique water garden. The management and staff approach can be best described as gentle and slightly informal but focused. This is very much not a chain hotel!
Many have balconies overlooking the atrium water garden and a number have seaviews but even the standard rooms (described this way simply because they do not have either atrium balcony or sea view) have all the facilities of the rest of the rooms. Have a look at the room descriptions for the list of what is in each room.

The hotel is right in the middle of Douglas promenade and right next to the central business district. The hotel car park is situated under the hotel but not that easy to see at first glance. The entrance to the car park is round the back of the hotel – to get round the back you go off the promenade up the road just to the south of the Hotel (for easy reference the Gaiety Theatre is just to the north of the Sefton).
Travelling into Jersey by ferry without a car you might want to stroll down the Promenade from the Sea Terminal as it’s only about 600 yards away.
