Book early to get the best rates !!!!! everyone looks to return home on the Saturday night or Sunday morning so if not to be disappointed and have to wait for the Sunday evening boat once again you need to book early – there is nothing to pay until closer to the date, unless of course you want to part with your money !
HOTELS
We have a selection of hotels available but everyone has different requirements and taste and many of you return year after year to the same hotel. Demand is always great during Rally weekends so early booking is essential not to be disappointed.
Ferry Travel to the Isle of Man is solely available via the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company, they are the oldest continuous passenger ferry company in the World and although often criticized by many their logistics during TT week alone can only be admired, no other ferry company can accommodate such high motor sport demands in a small period made by Competitor and Spectator alike.

Limitations
The Liverpool boat is a fastcat and only carries vehicles up to 2.9m High 11.00m Long (combination length) and 3tons Maximum Train Weight (combined weight of vehicle & trailer) They often weigh the vehicles before issuing a boarding pass We don’t recommend this route when towing unless of course you are very sure that you can stay under the 3ton limit, if you risk it, your rate might jump drastically on the Heysham route and at the worse there might not be any room on that boat for you.
Vans can travel on the car rate on the Liverpool and Heysham Routes. Larger vehicles such as 7.5ton Trucks upwards travel Via. The Freight channel on the Heysham route the Steam Packet Company give a discounted rate for Competitors on the Rally.
BOOKINGS At the time of booking you will be asked for details of your vehicle together with it’s registration number also the names of all the persons traveling, these can of course be added closer to your travel but it’s saves time and lessens the queue at booking in if everything is in order before arrival.

7th Historic Flanders – Omlop Van Vlaanderen 2008

We have been competing and organizing travel and accommodation to the Flanders Rally for many years. Our involvement started back in the days of the Rover & Peugeot Challenge’s.
Flanders needs no selling to the ones of you that are returning but if it’s you first time to venture into Belgium rallying you have chosen a very well organized event with easy logistics for your travel and a hearty welcome awaiting you from the organizers.
A good centralized event with minimum road mileage between
stages and service. The Service area offers all facilities to Competitor and Spectator alike.

Ferries
The most popular of the routes is Dover to Calais on Sea France or P & O Ferries these crossing offer the greatest of flexible with crossings almost every hour and a crossing time of no more than 1hrs. 30mins.
P & O Ferries 20 sailings daily in each direction 1hrs.30mins each way
Sea France 15 sailings daily in each direction from 1hr.15mins each way
We are aware and can book Norfolk Lines Dover to Dunkerque, but this route takes longer than Dover to Calais saves you no money and fails to you give the flexibility offered by Sea France and P & O Ferries.
Also available is Harwich to the Hook of Holland with Stena Line, Hull to Zeebrugge on P & O Ferries, Ramsgate to Ostend with Transeuropa Ferries, these offer less flexibility,

Special Note Traveling outbound from Dover seldom every gives a problem but on the Sunday evening when you all want to return at almost the same time and the heavy freight traffic traveling through the Ports can lead to disappointment and long delays if you book late.
